Of course this latest report is based on the CDC&#39;s standing recommendations for salt intake, at 2300 mg per day -- which actually seems pretty reasonable to me for mimicking how much you&#39;d get in a healthy, non-processed diet. So, the 3300 per day many of us are taking can&#39;t be good for us!
